To Ann Nelson's family, especially Jenette: Thanks for sharing the beautiful story of your daughter's life as well as the tragedy of her death. My visits with you have certainly brought home to me just what America (and the world) lost on Sept. 11. Ann's death, and the deaths of so many people like her, have certainly diminished us all.
